My sessions are entirely talk-based and do not involve any form of physical contact or nudity. My approach to couples counselling and sex therapy integrates elements of counselling, psychotherapy, behavioural therapy, and psychoeducation to support clients in achieving their personal goals and desired life outcomes.
It’s hard to predict exactly how many sessions you’ll need, because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some people come to work through a specific issue and may find 6 to 8 sessions helpful. Others may choose to stay in therapy for a longer time to explore deeper patterns or ongoing challenges. We’ll move at a pace that suits your needs and goals.
No referral is needed, you can book straight in through the booking page or by emailing us at connect@sexloveandtherapy.com.au
Unfortunately, rebates are not currently available for our sessions.
Sexology is the study of human sexuality in all its complexity—from desire and identity to relationships and pleasure. It recognises that sexuality is deeply personal, culturally shaped, and ever-evolving.
Sex therapy is the therapeutic application of this understanding. It’s a collaborative, talk-based process designed to support individuals and couples in exploring sexual concerns, building confidence, and enhancing intimacy.
