Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about meeting what’s human. My approach is collaborative and grounded: part science, part soul. I show up as a clinician, yes—but also as a witness, a guide, and someone who deeply values the strength it takes to sit in the room and speak the truth.

Imagine growing up with a deep curiosity about love—not just the fairy-tale version, but the raw, real, complicated kind. That was me. I’ve always been drawn to the moments that crack us open, to the beauty and pain that live side by side in human connection. Becoming a sex and relationship therapist felt inevitable.
I started with a Bachelor in Psychology, hoping to learn about people, intimacy, and connection. What I got was a lot of data analysis—and a glaring absence of the topics I was most passionate about. That sparked something in me. I went on to complete a Master of Science in Medicine (Sexual and Reproductive Health – Psychosexual Therapy), and later trained in ACT and the Gottman Method. I'm currently finishing my Diploma in Counselling.
But honestly? Life has been just as much a teacher. I've made mistakes. A lot of them. I've fallen in love, fallen apart, stayed too long, left too soon, and found my way back to myself more than once. Every heartache and every joy has shaped how I hold space for others.
When I first started seeing clients seven years ago, I tried to follow the "rules." But it wasn't until I let myself be fully present—real, human, imperfect—that things truly began to resonate. People don’t just need theory; they need to feel seen, heard, and understood. That’s what I aim to offer.
Now, as a mother raising a teenager and navigating my own life transitions, I continue to learn and evolve. Holding space for others in their most intimate, courageous moments is one of the greatest honors of my life.
